Here are two bents temporarily in position.  First, I have to make "stringers", beams that are made of three 4x12’s bolted together with spacer blocks between them.  These stringer beams run under the ties, and then the bents sit under the stringers, so the legs of the bents will have to be trimmed appropriately.
