To make the 50 or so wooden bents that will carry the trackwork to and from the bridge, I made this jig.  I simply drew the basic bent on paper, printed it to scale, and drove 3 penny finishing nails in appropriate places to hold the wooden members in place when glueing.  The finishing nails have their heads clipped off so they don’t get in the way when it comes time to remove the finished bent.
