The engine is made from two Con-Cor/Kato Hudson chassis, one driver removed from each, spliced together. It is powered by 2 Sagami 1220 motors. The tender rides on a Hudson tender chassis with an extra wheelset spliced onto each truck. This early photo shows the simple interior box frame for the tender body.
